Producing Branch Manager

We are currently hiring a Producing Traditional Branch Manager to open a new office located in Texas. This position is for an experienced Branch Manager.

About Us: ·

  • We are currently closing post TRID loans in 20-30 days. (Accepting 100% 30 day purchase contracts)·
  • We are currently licensed in the following states: CO, CA, ND, TX, WA, WI
  • We provide each of our Originators their own Processing Team, that strictly focuses on processing every file. We want our Sales Team to focus on Sales.

Requirements: ·

  • Must be fully licensed through NMLS & the state of Texas (pre-licensing and CE are required)
  • Satisfaction of state licensing and other regulatory standards must be met· High school diploma required, college degree preferred·
  • Must have at least 3-5 years experience originating loans and must be up to date with all required CE trainings explaining TRID.·
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communicational skills (both verbal and written)· Efficient in time management, organized·
  • Must be a self-starter, self-reliant, highly motivated, and dependable·
  • Must be able to analyze financial data and working knowledge of lending guidelines, as well as, a thorough understanding of the process and procedures
  • Must have more than 2 year's experience managing a Traditional Sales Team
  • Must be able to provide a proven track record for you and your team's current production for the past 6 months, showing consistency.
  • Must individually produce more than $2 million per month in closed business, while also able to manage your teams production and making sure they are successfully reaching their monthly goals.
  • Must be willing to train and coach all team members to maintain their success if necessary.

Responsibilities: ·

  • Ability and knowledge of knowing how to properly structure loans based on your clients needs·
  • Must be able to work effectively and professionally in a team environment·
  • Develop & maintain relationships with customers, referral partners, & real estate agents·
  • Attend networking events, community involvement, prospecting new opportunities, and hosting CE classes.·
  • Ability to evaluate potential client's needs and explain their available options, providing assistance in the selection of the program that best fits their needs.·
  • Must obtain a complete 1003 including all supporting documents needed for every client·
  • Must be able to create the loan in the Loan Origination Software (LOS), and review all data·
  • Must communicate with your clients and all parties involved regularly & make sure your team members are doing the same.

  • You will work closely with our BM Manager on helping you build a strong and solid sales team, she will assist you in recruiting new team members, will assist you and your team with sales coaching techniques, and helping to make sure you're successfully moving in the right direction.
