Job Description

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for onboarding, training, and partnering with our clients to ensure they understand and leverage Traackr to ultimately find success with their influencer program goals. We aim to deliver a best-in-class experience for every single client, at every touch point. In this role, this means delivering engaging and impactful training and onboarding programs that result in platform adoption and advocacy – you will make our customers real fans of our technology.

Our clients’ influencer programs tend to be established and mature before they start working with Traackr. Despite this, every enterprise client is on a continuous journey to optimize their approach, use data to make better decisions and use our technology to ensure peak performance. You need to be comfortable talking about the practice of influencer marketing and identify how our technology helps enable programs with the goal to support program maturity and demonstrate real measurable impact. You'll need to monitor the difference between what makes our partnership a success and the program results.

What you will do:

  • Establish tailored onboarding and training plans for new clients to ensure they learn, adopt and are successful at the onset with the Traackr product. This includes specific coaching and use case analysis.
  • Determine key measures for success for client’s influencer programs to ensure there are quantitative and qualitative ways to measure progress
  • Leverage knowledge of current important program gaps to elevate and highlight the Traackr product in addition to strategic program goals
  • Monitor and address adoption and usage for clients
  • Partner with Client Partners and fellow Customer Success Managers to establish strategic account management efforts by identifying and escalating signals of risk accounts and areas for further account growth

We are looking for the perfect candidate in the San Francisco or New York City area.

  • 3+ years experience as a customer success manager in marketing, with emphasis or exposure to influencer marketing
  • Experience within SaaS technology - preferably with marketing or communication ecosystems, either directly or supporting a marketing product, or a marketing technology
  • Experience within beauty or influencer marketing is a plus
  • Demonstrated public speaking and presentation skills. Must have experience facilitating dynamic workshops consisting of content presentation and engaging exercises for both small and large groups of people.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both internally and externally across multiple geographies. Ability to speak with clients at all levels within the organization.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset. You will be a true team player and know what it means to both strive for your individual contribution while continuing to support your colleagues.
  • Experience working in a more consultative capacity with clients; comfortable running workshops, delivering presentations and holding senior discussions about goals, work programs and results.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Spanish speaking required
