Call Center Representative

Location: Dallas Fort Worth, TX

-Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)-Stable work history
-Problem solving ability-Excellent customer service attitude (can almost hear their smile)
-Minimum 6 months customer service experience, preferable in a Call Center environment-Comfortable in a metrics driven environment
-If experienced Call Center Agent, must be able to speak to Call Center metrics (AHT (average handle time= length of call), QA (meeting quality requirements- correct information, following policy and procedures, documentation, follow up), adherence (following scheduled time on phones), CSAT (customer satisfaction survey scores)
-Must be able to work night shift (1:45 pm to 11:00 pm) and day shift (7:45am – 5:00 pm) for 6 weeks of training.
