Store Manager

Store Manager will influence and lead the team to successfully drive all of our luxury hair and products to both our existing and prospective customers. In partnership with the Executive Team and Retail Learning, you will continuously elevate your team with a large focus on Customer Relations and meets all company sales goals . As a skilled communicator, you will strive to deliver all employee and customer interactions in line with She's Happy Hair mission and core values.

As a leader within our business you will take ownership to lead and coach your team, ensuring that they have exceptional brand and product awareness while also ensuring that they deliver the highest level of customer experience. You will be responsible to recruit and build highly motivated teams, develop them to the next level.

Additionally you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize sales performance.

Store Managers are in charge of running all general operations of a She’s Happy Hair Location. Required to make sure everything runs properly, efficiently and meets all company sales goals by maintaining and growing business relationships with local hair stylist.

Store Manager Responsibilities:

  • Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  • Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Achieves financial goals and objectives set by She’s Happy Hair.
  • Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and Stylist.
  • Ensures store merchandise availability by maintaining inventories.
  • Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans; analyzing operating and financial statements for profitability ratios.
  • Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
  • Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with She’s Happy Hair requirements.
  • Determines marketing strategy by reviewing departmental sales records.
  • Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operational and personnel policies and procedures.
  • Capability to cultivate strategic partnerships and relationships with potential community partners within philanthropic endeavors to establish organizational presence.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Adhere to company requirements to send updates to report sales numbers, inventory, payroll data and information by required due date.
  • Opening and closing the store locations.

· Recommends merchandise based on product knowledge and customer preferences

· Provide an exceptional customer service experience by exceeding their expectations, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as She’s Happy Hair history

· Looks for opportunities to enhance the customer experience

· Drive and exceed individual KPI goals, by ensuring the highest level of Customer Service and quality of sales

· Capture meaningful customer data according to the Company tools (CRM), for the purposes of connecting with the customer, building relationships and personalizing future customer development opportunities

· Ability to discuss with customers and give advice on general trends in the fashion world and developments in the premium hair extension market, showing passion for beauty and luxury hair

· Experience in customer service-oriented roles with proven ability to sell product and services

· Work as a team player and foster open and constructive communication, to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment

· Maintain security standards within the store to ensure safety of customers, colleagues and merchandise

  • Manage the overall process and act as the expert for products
  • Support Curbside pickup

· Contribute to the daily operations of the store

· Adhere to She’s Happy Hair Image standards and guidelines

· Follow all company policies and procedures

Key Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales experience preferably in a similar role or customer service setting
  • Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results
  • Proven ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent communicate skills, both oral and written, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Exhibits a high energy, positive and welcoming attitude to others
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills are essential
  • Accuracy and attention to detail needed
  • Candidate should be team-focused with a desire to collaborate effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast moving and dynamic environment
  • Communicates with professionalism and tact

Salaried Position + Bonus/Commission
