Financial Service firm helping people meet their financial goals with multiple branches in America. Strong leader required for this Payroll Manager role overseeing team of 3. Payroll Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily payroll and providing direction to the team that services nearly 2,000 employees.

Payroll Manager Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll and commission projects including an automated time and attendance reporting system
  • Oversee the entire payroll and commission process (ADP EV5 & M&O systems)
  • Maintain Firm standards, labor agreements, tax regulations, of quarterly multi-state and federal tax filings, annual reporting, and W2s
  • Develop and produce ad hoc and recurring reports
  • Identify and manage the use of internal and external payroll and commission resources
  • Manage resources to identify and develop complex solutions to payroll issues
  • Lead and mentor a team to achieve department goals

Payroll Manager Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills
  • Experience leading team
  • Project management experience
  • Working knowledge of payroll and HRIS systems, (preferably ADP EV5 and ADP HRIS)
  • Effective written and oral communication skills and the ability to present in large groups
  • Experience implementing/ managing a time & attendance reporting system
  • 5 + years of experience with payroll with different locations
  • 3 or more years in a supervisory position (preferably with financial services)

Pay: $96,000.00 per year
