District Sales Representative - Phoenix

Knoll Foods, LLC. is currently seeking a District Sales Representative in Phoenix. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the District Sales Representative (DSR) is responsible for creating, qualifying, and closing all sales opportunities for all existing and new markets. The individual will present and sell product lines to current customers and new customers within the assigned District. We are looking for a highly motivated, professional and organized individual to represent Knoll Foods within the market.

The DSR will ideally meet or exceed sales objectives of the assigned territory by promoting and selling product lines through professional sales techniques and long-term customer relationships. This position will require an individual who has proven record in new customer acquisitions. The DSR will play an integral role in the success of the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Continually learning about new products and improving selling skills. The DSR is required to attend training events throughout the year and expected to participate in self-paced tutorial learning when appropriate.
  • Providing weekly reporting of pipeline and forecast using the CRM automation tool.
  • Keeping abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.
  • Attending and participating in sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows.
  • Preparing written presentations, reports, and price quotations.
  • Conducting and managing contract negotiations.
  • Managing sales pipeline.
  • Upsell and sell additional products/services into existing customers.
  • Serve as a liaison post-sale for the customer.
  • Works with marketing to create case studies and reference stories.

Desired Education or Talent:

  • 1+ years of sales experience, preferably with a food broker or distributor.
  • 1+ years phone sales
  • Organization skills
  • Able to work independently with little supervision
