We are a one stop shop for all your healthy pet needs, with an in-store doggy bakery, self-wash, grooming facility, and healthy pet foods/products for dogs and cats.

Wag N' Wash ~ Healthy Pet Center is seeking a Store Manager for our Central Phoenix location!

We are seeking an individual with strong leadership skills, is highly self-motivated with an inspiring personality, strong organizational skills, technologically savvy and detailed oriented, outstanding customer service skills, as well as a genuine love of animals. A responsible individual with retail management experience, someone who can lead and successfully manage a sales team.

This is a salaried, career position and includes quarterly bonuses, paid sick leave, paid vacation time, and medical benefits. This position requires a flexible full-time schedule, with weekends, nights and holidays included.

*Job Tasks would include the following:

- Creating and booking purchase orders for store merchandise and pet food

- Creating weekly store schedules for your team

- Leading by example and directing your team on daily store operations and properly delegating tasks

- Manager is responsible for staff training, hiring, and coaching

- Reaching daily and monthly store sales goals

- Approaching and helping all customers that enter the store

- Handling customer complaints in a professional and timely fashion

- Reporting to the store Operations Manager on a daily basis

- Handling of cash and daily bank drops

*Salary: Starting at $42,000 - $45,000 based on experience, plus quarterly profit sharing (bonus), with generous paid medical and vacation accommodations.
