Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative for our AutoHunter business to assist our Account Representatives and Auction Specialists. The Customer Support Representative must be able to multitask, have polished communication and people skills, be computer savvy, and operate with a high attention to detail. Your daily responsibilities will include supporting the AutoHunter team with handling emails and phone calls, collecting and uploading digital photos, and providing technical support to customers. The ideal candidate will be well organized, responsive, and collaborate well with team members.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Assist Account Reps and Auto Specialists with daily tasks to support our sellers

· Place outbound telephone calls and manage emails

· Provide technical support to help customers with problems and answering questions

· Collect and manage photos and data from sellers

· Process credit card transactions

Qualifications and Skills:

· 2+ years of successful Customer Service/Support

· Strong oral and written communication skills

· Ability to place outbound calls to customers

· Excellent phone etiquette

· Meticulous attention to detail

· Ability to multi-task and adapt to change in a fast-growing environment

· Proficient with all Microsoft Office products in a Windows environment

· Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
