Inside Sales Account Manager

WE ARE LOOKING FOR HUNGRY SALESMEN AND HUNGRY RECENT GRADS!

Inside Sales Representative will provide direct support to the Sales Managers in the ongoing development of existing and prospective SharpDevice customers to ensure that the department is able to meet its growth targets. He/she will generate revenue from new account acquisition through calls, emails, and marketing-generated follow ups.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Primary tasks include sales lead generation and lead qualification. Prospects using telephone and email to identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Responds to requests from customers, or forwards requests to appropriate member of the sales team, for additional information.
  • Responsible for monitoring key account performance, maintaining Salesforce with potential leads, and coordinating large opportunities with management.
  • Post and update lead opportunities within Salesforce.
  • Enter and maintain all quote status information on Salesforce, including but not limited to receipt and/ or submission of quotes, CDAs and MSAs.
  • Supports field team by coordinating trade shows including booth set up, coordinating marketing materials, and event registration and payment.
  • Complete and maintain accurate sales forecasts, data gathering and reports for Business Managers.
  • Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends; identifies sales opportunities.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • B.S in Business/Marketing preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service and/or Sales experience.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; professional telephone and email communication are required.
  • Marketing experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge ofHEALTHCARE DEVICES or IRT a plus.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce a plus.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team environment.

MAKE UP TO 55-60K YOUR FIRST YEAR!

MUST BE FLEXIBLE FOR EVENING SHIFTS AND WEEKENDS!!!!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
