San Antonio based Commercial Collections office looking to hire experienced Commercial B2B Sales Managers, seeking a financially rewarding career in professional sales and sales management in the collection services industry.

Job Description:
As a Sales Manager you will oversee an exclusive sales territory in the Central United States.

  • Direct outside sales / account management team to promote B2B profit recovery, outsourcing, and collection services to businesses only, NO Retail.
  • Be responsible for new business development and developing new relationships with prospective clients to ensure sales quotas.
  • Create sales presentations and proposals and negotiate service contracts.
  • Provide weekly sales updates to executive management.

Sales Managers are to participate in activities such as:

  • Meeting with and developing new B2B profit recovery and cash flow solutions, for commercial clients in all industries and of all sizes.
  • Leading sales and marketing efforts within the Central United States.
  • Providing outstanding customer service to existing and prospective clients to retain, renew, and build sales base.
  • Strategic planning and coordination to further promote, market, and sell profit recovery, outsourcing, and collection services to corporate customers.

Job Requirements:

  • Sales Managers are to have a proven track record in sales and outside sales in business development in the B2B profit recovery, outsourcing, and collection service.
  • Solid computer skills with internet experience
  • Experience and ability to deal with executive level business people in a professional manner
  • Background in recruiting, training, and developing a direct sales team is a plus
  • Leadership aptitude and work ethic to lead by example in marketing B2B profit recovery, outsourcing, and collection services.

Desired Qualifications:
10+ years in B2B Commercial Credit Collections
Active client portfolio is a plus

This is a performance based position, pay is Commission Only, for probationary period of 3-6 months, once a productive portfolio is established, Salary + Commission will be negotiated.
