We have 2-3 immediate openings for Sales Associates. TitleVest is looking to grow its sales team to keep up with the advancement of our existing and emerging products across title insurance. An ideal candidate will be an ambitious self-starter, not intimidated by making 25-50 outbound calls/emails in a high-intensity environment looking to advance our sales, marketing, and business development activities.

Job Description
The Sales Associate is a sales-support position, responsible for identifying and contacting prospects. The Sales Associate position is responsible for responding to inbound requests, activating accounts, targeted cold-calling into prospect companies, pursuit of warm leads including new and existing clients, qualifying potential opportunities, and scheduling initial client meetings between prospects and our sales team. The Sales Associate position will in many cases be responsible for the first contact between the prospective customer and TitleVest!

Major Responsibilities/Activities:

  • Identifies, qualifies and cultivates new sales opportunities through multiple mediums (email, phone, inbound website leads, and more).
  • Maintains a high level of attention to detail managing all respective sales activities (notes, follow-ups, emails, call logs) within TitleVest’s CRM system.
  • Responds to inquiries via email, incoming and outbound calls.
  • Responsible for achieving aggressive weekly targets such as number of qualified opportunities per campaign, number of daily activities/tasks, appointment setting and sales skills.
  • Learns and conducts product demonstrations via GoToMeeting and in-person.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-2 years sales-related experience, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Experience with high-volume prospecting through email marketing and cold calling
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident self-starter who is extremely organized and goal driven
  • High-volume cold-calling experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Real estate or title insurance experience is a plus, but not required

We are looking for these roles to start on October 1, 2015, however the candidate should be available to start interviewing at the end of June or early July.

Compensation: $30,000 base plus commission
