Customer Experience Leader/Project Coordinator

We are an aviation company hiring a Customer Experience Team Project Coordinator to manage customer queries and issues. We are looking for administrative professionals with heavy emphasis on attention-to-detail who is willing to learn a new industry.

Our team handles highly sensitive requests from our customers and works within a number of proprietary software systems, in addition to standard Microsoft products. We need people who can help coordinate and document Support Service requests for multiple entities on a 24 hour/day, seven day/week basis.

Assists internal and external customers with service requests of routine and emergent natures. Excellent customer service attitude and communication skills required. Requires a minimum of two years’ experience working in dispatch or call center environment, or two years’ experience in a comparable customer service setting.

High School diploma or G.E.D. required; some college preferred. Requires ability to multi-task and perform typing at a minimum of 40 words per minute. Must be a good oral and written communicator. Must have excellent organizational skills. The candidate must be a self-starter and have good interpersonal skills.

Our customer experience team members are positive, creative, career-minded individuals who have excellent communication skills and a desire to solve problems. You will also be asked to make phone calls, log customer requests, send emails, provide support to our customers, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

  • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
  • Comfortable using computers
  • Experience working with customer support
