Inside Sales - Computer, Electronics (1yr Exp Req.) - Remote Work at Home

Hummingbird Networks is a value-added reseller providing business Wi-Fi networks, network security, and IT network infrastructure products and services from top brands such as Cisco, Meraki, HP Enterprise, Lenovo, Aruba, Adtran, Netgear, Polycom, APC, and more to businesses nationally since 2004.

Responsibilities and Duties

As an Account Development Representative (ADR) for Hummingbird Networks, you will be responsible for qualifying customer leads and helping customers complete simple web transactions. You will maintain a general understanding of Hummingbird Networks products and services, as well as industry and customer needs to identify appropriate prospects.

This is a high-energy position requiring an individual who is extraordinarily motivated, adaptable, resourceful, and results-oriented. Attention to detail and understanding how to manage your time is critical. As an ADR, you are often the first interaction a customer will have with Hummingbird Networks. Therefore, it will be crucial for you to engage with prospects in a way that builds a positive customer experience that will set the stage for future product and services sales. This role offers an environment to learn, practice, and establish a strong foundation that is invaluable for a career in technology sales.

  • Process high volume inbound leads guiding the initial customer engagement through our qualification and info gathering process to either help the customer place orders through our website or schedule meetings for our sales team via the Hummingbird Networks website chat, phone, Webex, or e-mail.
  • Utilizing our CRM to complete most tasks, gather info to update CRM contact profiles, and build/maintain a lead development pipeline.
  • Identify eligible opportunities to close and independently run the customer through the full sales cycle or hand off qualified leads to our sales team.
  • Assist customers in choosing the correct equipment, answering product and stock questions, and coordinating with pre-sales support.
  • Articulate Hummingbird Networks’ value proposition to decision-makers across multiple industries to assess buying interest and work independently to understand how to proceed with a prospect’s needs.
  • Clearly articulate Hummingbird Networks products and solutions with prospective customers to successfully handle and overcome objections.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and quarterly goals.
  • Heavy use of Hubspot CRM, Web Client Chat, Hummingbird Networks website, Microsoft Office, and distribution pre-sales resources.

· Some travel may be required by car and/or air approximately 1x per quarter to CA HQ.

Qualifications and Skills

· At least 1-year sales closing experience in B2B sales

· Experience building strong professional relationships

· Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills

· Obsession with organization, detail, multitasking, and time management
