Staffing Sales Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Staffing Sales Executive for a commission only opportunity (COMMISSION FOR 90 DAYS AND OPTION FOR BASE PLUS SALARY IF TARGET IS MET. COMMISSION IS 30% OF NET REVENUE, NO LIMIT.).

The Staffing Sales Executive is responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing business within our Client markets while working with our recruiting team to successfully bring in and fulfill new business.

DUTIES:

  • Develop accounts, build regular business and encourage any new business leads.
  • Individual marketing efforts to promote HEALTHCARE, INFORMATICS, HEALTHCARE IT staffing services to businesses (HOSPITALS, PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANIES, MENTAL HEALTH, MEDICAL PRACTICES, MEDICAL DEVICE AND LIFE SCIENCE COMPANIES, AS WELL AS CONSULTING PARTNERS)
  • Effectively promoting capabilities by developing a strategic, client relationships.
  • Manage multiple client relationships,
  • Develop prospect list and execute a targeted sales and marketing plan to generate new business, including cold calls, e-marketing, etc.
  • Proactively seek new avenues to find new clients and attract prospective clients.

Qualifications

equirements:

At least four (4) to seven (7) years of experience selling Staffing, Recruiting or Consulting Services

Skills:

  • Ability to work on a commission only basis while developing your sales pipeline
  • Ability to build relationships and strategic partnerships
  • Excellent written, verbal and organizational skills
  • Due to the nature of the position only those authorized to work in the United States (H-1B holders, EAD holders, green card holders, US Citizens and TN Visas) will be considered for employment.

Preferred:

Existing contacts within companies that can be leveraged to bring High Quality HEALTHCARE Staffing or Recruiting orders on board quickly.

Full desk recruiting or staffing experience in the HEALTHCARE industry or proven enterprise services sales experience.

COMPENSATION:

COMMISSION FOR 90 DAYS AND OPTION FOR BASE PLUS SALARY IF TARGET IS MET. COMMISION IS 30% OF NET REVENUE, NO LIMIT.
