Call Center Supervisor

What You’ll Be Doing – The Role

  • Organize, direct and monitor the daily activities of the call center representatives
  • Monitor the representatives’ calls for accuracy and compliance to the call script, and provide feedback as needed
  • Supervise and evaluate the productivity of the call center representatives
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring and training of staff to develop and encourage their performance
  • Meet with the representatives on a timely basis to conduct personnel evaluations and provide feedback
  • Prepare call center performance reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing the data and identify any trends
  • Monitor the representatives’ performance and KPIs, identify and resolve any issues, complete actions plans and execute any process improvement and / or quality assurance programs
  • Coordinate with call center manager to resolve all operational customer complaints
  • Serves as a backup for call center manager and representatives during absences and / or PTO
  • Handle escalated customer calls – work with the representatives to ensure that the customer issues are resolved promptly and courteously
  • Participate in any department initiatives / projects as directed by the call center manager and / or director

What You’ll Bring – The Person

  • Previous call center experience
  • 2-years of call center / customer service supervisor experience
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Effective problem solving skills
  • Must be able to effectively lead, prioritize, manage time and projects, and multi-task in a fast paced, growing company environment
  • Detail oriented while having the ability to operate efficiently in a busy environment
  • Excellent training and coaching skills
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be highly motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends
  • This is a non-remote position - must be able to work in the office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
