Bilingual and Non-Bilingual Call Center Representative

DoverStaffing, is currently seeking Bilingual and Non-Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for our state agency client in the downtown Atlanta, GA location. These positions are long-term assignments.

· Paid Training will be provided for all selected candidates

NOTE: After approximately 6 weeks of training on-site, the position will move to be a remote position from home.

Responsibilities:

Experienced customer-service call center representatives are needed to work in a high-volume call center to respond customers.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years’ experience in a high-volume call center environment
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Knowledge and proficient computer skills in MS Office to include Outlook
  • Ability to learn processes, procedures, and apply knowledge acquired
  • For Bilingual applicants, required language is Spanish and English speaking, read, and written communications.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and analytical ability
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to type 45-50 wpm or high keystrokes per hour
  • Must submit to and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen test

Bilingual Candidate Pay: $17.00 per hour
