Customer Service Representative- Fashion Company

As a customer service representative, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering all customer service questions, comments, and concerns regarding their orders.
  • Resolve any shipment issues and order discrepancies immediately and efficiently. This includes communicating with our warehouse to make sure these issues are solved.
  • Going above and beyond to make sure our customers are happy and have all their needs met.
  • Be proactive and have good judgement. Also able to multitask answering e-mails and phone calls.
  • Experience using Shopify or another e-commerce platform, as well as an inventory system such as AS400.
  • Able to take on any additional tasks provided by other departments when needed.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Minimum 1 year providing exceptional customer service, preferably at an e-commerce or retail business.
  • 4 year college degree required, specifically within the fashion industry. *Please do not apply if you don't have experience in this field.*
