Independent Sales Representative

Groking Lab, is the developers of Ozmo smartcup and mobile app, www.ozmo.io. Ozmo is a unique physical fitness platform which tracks a user’s hydration for health and fitness. Ozmo is currently in need of experienced sales people and representatives to work remotely who have expertise, experience and relationships within the Healthcare and Medical sectors. The sales representative will work remotely and on their own time. The sales representative will promote sales and profitability of the Groking Labs brands throughout the United States and worldwide.

All representatives are expected to market, sell, deliver, and provide exceptional service to store management. You will report to VP of Business Development in Seattle. Duties:

  • Establish, develop and maintain professional business relationships with current and prospective customers.
  • Travel to new regions every month to help generate new and continuous business for the Seneca brands.
  • Utilize on-site visits to present product information and pricing, and to also deliver product when necessary.
  • Make follow-up visits and phone calls to build customer relationships and ensure product satisfaction.
  • Take initiative to develop and maintain prospective customers through communication, signage, sales tips etc.
  • Present clear, understandable, and unique sales proposals based on the request and needs of store owners.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer requests, problems and complaints. * Coordinate and set sales goals with management.
  • Analyze the designated territory and its potential to determine the value of existing and prospective customers.
  • Manage and update customer lists.
  • Identify advantages of the Groking Labs brands products and services in comparison to our competitors.
  • Supply management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Must have self-confidence, excellent presentation skills, and strong motivation for sales.
  • You have previously work in fitness or insurance industry or have great network within these industries and understand the marketing and sales operation of fitness clubs or health insurance.
  • Acknowledge and speak with others using clear, professional language and appropriate in-person and telephone etiquette according to company standards.
  • Capable of working alone and as a member of a team and remotely
  • Ability to distinguish and maintain confidential information. * High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and possess or be willing to obtain a passport.
  • Previous sales and customer service experience preferred.
