Sales Specialist

We are looking for a high performing Sales Specialist. If you have proven experience in Sales and desire to mentor and coach others to achieve results keep on reading.
As a Sales Specialist a typical day might include:

  • Driving occupancy, meeting goals and expectations for each assignment, creating urgency and setting expectations.
  • Providing direct selling and sales support for inquiries, follow-ups and appointments.
  • Driving outreach activities through networking, outreach and resident and professional referral programs.
  • Analyzing marketing and sales data to develop a concrete plan for occupancy growth before and during assignments.
  • Training team members at assigned community on red carpet experience for move-ins and sales culture while ensuring company policy is being followed.

If you’re good at:

  • Interpreting data, sales trends, traffic, and conversion ratios to implement a plan for success.
  • Being an expert in utilizing CRM systems; coaching and mentoring others to ensure data integrity and CRM usage.
  • Reading the market and customer through the sales process to provide input for sales incentives.
  • Engaging and connecting with coworkers and customers in a genuine, compassionate and memorable way.
  • Coaching and mentoring individuals that are not meeting sales goals and expectations to drive performance and occupancy.

Minimum Requirements

To be the ideal Sales Specialist for this role:

  • 3+ years of work experience in training, customer service required, and management of brand standards preferred.
  • Knowledge of IMPACT sales systems, preferred.
  • Ability to identify and motivate individuals to meet the desired brand standards.
  • Possess highly developed organizational skills, strong attention to details and quality.
  • Strong verbal presentation skills required, including the ability to present information one-on-one or to large groups.
  • Ability to travel overnight for extensive periods of time.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and automobile to accomplish daily job assignments.
