Full Charge Bookkeeper/Office Manager

This is a full-time (40 hour a week) job. Candidate will report directly to the two Principals of the firm. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. EXPERIENCE WITH QUICKBOOKS SOFTWARE is REQUIRED . Please do not respond unless you have a minimum of FIVE full years of full charge bookkeeping and QuickBooks Experience.

Full charge bookkeeper responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Tenant billing/leases
  • Tenant communication
  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts receivable
  • Monthly invoicing
  • Collections
  • General ledger entries
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Payroll and benefits
  • General bookkeeping responsibilities
  • Support CPA firm for financial statements and tax returns

Skills, Abilities and Qualifications Required:

  • Accounting/ bookkeeping degree
  • HIGHLY Proficient in QuickBooks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Highly organized, responsible, mature, professional and detail oriented
  • Pleasant demeanor, ability to work well with others (team player)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Able to handle multiple priorities

Required experience:

  • 5+ years bookkeeping experience
