Home Attendant Program


Reports directly to the Assistant Director of Administration:

· Verifies DFTA daily report submitted by each Personnel Specialist.

· Assists in preparing DFTA contract’s computerized home attendant payroll.

· Processes DFTA contract’s manual home attendant time sheets.

· Verifies that the number of authorized hours on the DFTA contract’s home attendant manual time sheets are not exceeded.

· Assists in ensuring all required audit documents are completed on a timely basis.

· Inputs appropriate information into Sandata’s computer system for their preparation of bills for monthly cost shares and contributions of DFTA contract’s home care clients.

· Reviews cost share and contribution bills and insures that they are correct prior to their being mailed to DFTA clients.

· Reviews and records revenues from clients’ cost share and contributions immediately upon receipt.

· Reconciles and records all hours of service by client into STARS system on a monthly basis.

· Prepares monthly CAM report and submits it to ADA prior to the 15th of each month.

· Reconciles payroll, HRA and MCO bank accounts.

· Enters home attendant payroll checks into the payroll account’s ledger.

· Allocates Mobile Health and other invoices to the DFTA program as needed.

· Enters Travel Time, Medical Appointments and In-Service Inti Payroll.

· Assists with special projects and other tasks as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $41,000.00 per year
