Customer Service Representative

Seeking a professional customer service representative for a manufacturing company located in Chicago the produces fully customized products for the promotional products industry.
Position responsibilities:

  • Respond timely and accurately to incoming telephone calls, chats and email inquiries.
  • Resolve questions related to order status and art work.
  • Listens actively to customers to identify needs and provide solutions
  • Provide customers with artwork guidance and/or recommendations to help produce print quality units
  • Provide freight estimates
  • Process customer orders be generating sales and work orders
  • Traffic art proof approvals with customers
  • Coordinate with internal graphic design team to prep final art for production
  • Help support sales team members as needed

Requirements:

  • High School or equivalent
  • Customer Service experience preferred
  • Demonstrates customer focus
  • Highly organized a must
  • Friendly and professional demeanor and phone skills
  • Some knowledge of graphic programs and familiar with art file terminology
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Accurate data entry skills (typing 40 wpm)
  • An intermediate level of experience with MS Word, Excel, inFlow Inventory
  • Experience with an email messaging system, e.g., Google mail
  • An intermediate level of experience with the internet; ability to navigate in a windows-based environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28,000.00 per year
