Bookkeeper/Office Manager (10 yrs + experience)

  • JOB TYPE : Bookkeeper/Office Manager - Immediate need for a Quickbooks-familiar and fluent bookeeper (preferably Quickbooks certified too) to run a highly efficient private family office based in an attractive private office in Center City, Philadelphia. Is expected to perform with much autonomy, if a capable self-starter who can handle banking, insurance, payroll, vendor payables and more.
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS : Must be highly organized and detail-oriented and comfortable with executing fast-paced, fast-changing multi-tasks with care and precision, and carefully organizing and overseeing all digital and hard-copy records.
