Visual Merchandising and Store Design Coordinator

The Role:
The Visual Merchandising and Store Design Coordinator will support both the store design and visual merchandising teams across all activities and projects planned on our distribution calendar reporting directly into the AVP of Store Design and Visual Merchandising. They will support in successfully translating and implementing the placement of all regional visual standards, planograms, artwork and guidelines set forth under the directive of the global team at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty. Be responsible for all administrative, visual logistics and directives across all different activities planned on our SD/VM calendar. This role also requires the coordinator to build partnerships with field teams, vendors, printers and follow up processes necessary to effectively complete directives with extreme high standards across campaign launches and store launches.
The work is based in our New York office, but will require some travel to visit suppliers, check artwork, productions and mock-up of units, visuals, grids and other props developed for the final installations. This will include supporting all VM and SD collateral, including raising and tracking POs, receiving invoices, and reviewing costs. Manage all aspects of the installs, check quality of prints, execution and make sure all in-store executions are implemented as per Charlotte Tilbury standards and in agreement with retailers, and suppliers, to ensure they are executed effectively across all North America and local distribution channels.
Day to day activities will vary depending on the priority of the business and on the level of visual merchandising work being undertaken.
Reporting Relationship: Reports to AVP of Store Design and Visual Merchandising

Attend regular meetings with wider teams to ensure a collaborative working relationship with cross function teams
Update artwork across all elements of design
Complete planograms for each campaign across the region
Leverage strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple projects at one time and delivered on time with production and delivered to store for launch
Create presentations/concepts/ design proposals alongside the VM and SD team
Raise PO’s, receive and keep track of invoices, control expenditure of any orders placed for each individual project
Manage databases and distribution lists for campaign launches
Order products from suppliers
Coordinate team events
Logistics, tracking and storage coordination
Manage smartsheet on VM/SD maintenance logs from the field team
Regularly keep track of the CPA in the NA launch calendar
Admin related tasks including: meeting notes, assist AVP of SD and VM with travel, scheduling and administrative duties as needed

Have a strong interest in cosmetics, fashion, retail and product
Able to work autonomously, but also thrives in a team environment
Excellent eye for detail, style, design, and color
Resourceful and creative problem solver
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Must have knowledge and be able to use Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Bachelors Design Degree a plus
Rhino would be a plus
