Sales Representative

The primary duties of this position are a combination of a credit consultant, sales representative, and time manager. You will support the business growth of this rapidly evolving company and be a part of something that is the opportunity of a lifetime. Programs and projects will be implemented every day with something new to refine the way we engage people with our product, or new ways to better time management, you will be given the right tools to perform the tasks that are asked of you.

Inversion Credit works specifically with people with credit issues. The majority of clients are looking to obtain a home loan, or to refinance for their current property. We promote long term changes, not short term fixes. We are advisors, facilitators, and mentors. We’re paving the way for our clients to achieve their financial dream, even if credit problems have held them back previously. Our company has increased by 60% over the last year, and we continue to rapidly grow. To accomplish this, we need quality people with a similar mindset, who are eager to learn, and ready to take on challenges.

To start, this opportunity offers 40k, (commission plus base pay structure,) for meeting minimum sales requirements. We provide training on our industry, our system, and our expectations, goals are laid out, explained, and we will provide the help and coaching to get you to your goal. The possibility to earn more than stated above is ever present, your effort is directly related to your paycheck.

If you find fulfillment in:

1) Effectively managing your time (Putting in as many sales throughout the day while explaining what we do and helping the consumer make an educated decision. We expect credit consultants to always ask “what is the best use of my time?”)

2) Performing a range of simple to very complex office work (i.e.- entering contact info accurately, updating information in CRM’s, transferring calls through a dialer, and keeping spreadsheets of sales made.)

3) Not knowing exactly what every day will hold (driving yourself daily to try and succeed in your goals, being able to roll with the punches if things change at a moment’s notice, such as sales scripts, or other sales implementations.)

4) Working together (We are a team of people in a Committed Community to live well by doing good, and take our business to the next level, while transforming lives.)

Required skills:

  • Applicants must have a wide range of administrative and communication skills as well as practical sales skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone, and in writing.
  • Competency in word processing, databases, and email.
  • Ability to logically solve problems with little supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Initiative and the ability to figure things out on your own.
  • Comfortable with change and working in unknown situations.
  • Discretion in handling and communicating sensitive information.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
