Responsibilities:

  • Exemplify the Mahoney Core Values: Development, Integrity, Excellence, and Teamwork.
  • Own and manage the no-volume, low-volume, end-per-ops, and theft reports.
  • Support RAMS in saving and retention for their assigned areas.
  • Establish and maintain close customer relationships and retain current customers in the region; continuously seeking customer input regarding our service, programs, and equipment.
  • Complete knowledge and understanding of competitors and competitive landscape for assigned region.
  • Update the Regional Retention Manager on current customer issues, programs inquiries, theft, etc.
  • Work with the “Midwest Region Sales Manager” to address current sales programs and give an update on current competitor programs for their respective region.
  • Assist in regional customer reviews and analysis, to help determine customer needs, prices, and programs.
  • Work with and assists as required other Regions to improve and maintain current customer base and pricing reviews.
  • Communicate regularly with Ops managers and routing managers in regards to customers’ expectations and internal efficiency.
  • Educate current customer in regards to current theft in the industry and help with overflow theft issues.
  • Will be the “Problem Solver / Issue Resolver” for end service requests, program inquires, customer issues or complaints, outstanding return checks, key requests, and back up for chase request.
  • Assist and update the lost account report on a weekly basis.
  • Continue to help educate RAMS on competitors pricing and sales techniques.
  • Continue to provide leads for RAMS to help continue to growth in market areas.
