Global Payroll Administrator

The Global Payroll Administrator will have responsibility for administering payroll for North America and the UK on a part-time basis (20-25 hours per month).

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Payroll – update, maintain, process and review all aspects (including base pay, taxes, medical/dental/insurances, 401k deductions, etc.) of the monthly payroll in multiple states, Canada and the UK
  • Respond to employee questions regarding payroll matters
  • Review commission calculations

Education and Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years relevant payroll experience including multiple states on one paycheck and comprehensive knowledge of rules regarding highly compensated employees and taxable fringe benefits
  • Experience in a professional services business preferred
  • Computer and Excel skills to support development of financial and analytical models
  • Great problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, efficiently and accurately with minimal supervision
  • High school diploma
  • CPP designation a plus
