Healthcare Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated healthcare-focused Healthcare Account Executive (HAE) to build and manage sales relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and skilled nursing facilities with the goal of helping seniors find the long-term senior living care they need. This individual will be responsible for managing a well-defined exclusive territory, covering 20-30 clinical and healthcare settings within a tight geographic area. The HAE position is an outside sales role and will require ongoing travel within their respective territory. You will be responsible for fulfilling Caring's mission to help as many seniors and their caregivers as possible through empathetic, expert guidance within the clinical setting.

As a Healthcare Account Executive at Caring, you will:
Develop professional partnerships with discharge planners, nurses, and doctors through in-person and virtual meetings within your territory that result in generating senior living referrals on a regular basis

Become an indispensable resource for discharge planners across all clinical settings within your territory

Work closely with seniors and their caregivers, oftentimes close family and friends, in strenuous situations to determine the best long-term senior care based on the senior's care needs, budget, and preferences

Utilize Caring's proprietary software to match seniors you meet in clinical settings with the best communities that exceed their needs

Operate your territory like a business. With the support of Caring's infrastructure, you will be responsible for establishing relationships through sales and marketing tactics, building your book of business, maintaining relationships with various healthcare representatives, and generating a vibrant ecosystem of senior living referrals

Be an evangelist for Caring and our services; educate hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and skilled nursing facilities about the support we provide to seniors and their families across the continuum of care

Integrate closely with the senior living community without your region to best understand the dynamics and ideal tactics for sourcing leads within healthcare settings

Have uncapped commission with the ability to earn $100k+ as top performance HAE

Our Ideal Healthcare Account Executive will have:
High-school diploma or GED equivalent

5+ years working in a similar role in industry; current Healthcare Account Executives strongly preferred

Extraordinary sales and communication skills with a demonstrated track record of success

Strong public speaking and presentation skills

Comfort working in a highly analytical and data-driven company; ability to understand performance and sales metrics

The ability and drive to hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and referral targets

The ability to be self-organized and can manage time effectively in a fully remote environment

Previous experience meeting sales quotas in a metrics-driven environment

Desire to seek and accepts direction from management on daily performance metrics, sales conversion success, process improvement, and Quality Assurance

High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation

Technical skills – Is highly computer literate and can navigate back and forth through several platforms to effectively and accurately document all conversations and generate referrals

Working proficiency with applications like email, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Facetime, Google Suite

Reliable transportation with the ability to travel within a defined territory (related expenses covered by Caring)

Ability to work nights and weekends as needed

Experience with a CRM platform (e.g. Salesforce, enquire, etc.) preferred
