Cashier/Customer Service

Our front of house team members are very important members of our staff. They are responsible for making sure that food is prepared to the exact specifications of the customer. They also answer any questions that the customer have as well as ensure all customers enjoy their time in the café and leave happy . We want our team members to grow and move up to positions with more responsibility. The following duties are expected of a front of house team member: - AM restaurant set up or PM breakdown- Customer interaction at the POS system, ringing in orders- General cleanliness of the restaurant- Stock Station- Assist team with dishes- Handling money- Expediting and packaging orders
Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of cashier or expediting experience.- Must be able to be on time, well dressed, and have a great smile.- Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen, and wait staff.- Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).- Must be able to provide 2 forms of identification- Have a great attitude!
