Luxury Living Chicago Realty is seeking a dedicated Real Estate Professional to represent our growing portfolio of exclusive leasing projects in Chicago.

You must have a real estate license (leasing agent or broker) and at least one year's experience in the real estate industry, preferably leasing apartments in downtown Chicago.

Roles & Responsibilities:

The primary role a broker or leasing agent will play on exclusive leasing projects is to be an ambassador for the property, offer best-in-class customer service, and help customers choose the property as their next home.

An Exclusive Project Showing Agent will be responsible for:

  • Implementing company protocol for qualifying, touring, and closing inbound leads.

  • Answering phone calls during floor-time hours to help to maintain leasing goals.

  • Being present for floor-time opportunities and/or conducting scheduled tours.

  • Providing additional marketing support to drive incremental traffic to project (i.e. promoting listings to your network, attending leasing & marketing events to represent the project, etc.)

  • Mastering property knowledge (i.e. floorplans, inventory, pricing, and other property policies and details).

  • Achieving and maintaining leasing velocity goals set for the property (weekly, monthly, and overall).

  • Following company CRM pipeline protocol - this includes data entry to ensure leasing reports are accurate AND regularly logging all leasing activities associated with a customer.

  • Supporting Leasing Managers and/or Processors in the collection of required and/or missing application materials to move the application process forward.

  • Offering exemplary customer service and aiding in the transition from leasing to the property management team.

  • Communicating with the LLCR team within the dedicated channels

Must Haves:

  • 1-3 years of real estate experience as a broker or leasing agent
  • Valid leasing agent or broker license in the State of Illinois
  • Experience using a CRM
  • Available to work evenings and weekends
  • Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
  • Ability to engage clients and gain trust and credibility with ease
  • Professional and personable with great communication and time management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Extensive knowledge of downtown Chicago neighborhoods, nightlife, dining, and entertainment
  • You value personal development and bring to work a high level of integrity, transparency, honesty, and accountability.
  • Smartphone and laptop computer for work purposes
  • Access to a car strongly encouraged
