Chicago-based EZLinks Golf LLC, a PGA TOUR affiliated company, provides leading technology and services to the golf industry including tee sheets, point of sale and reservation services – designed to drive golf rounds and improve operations for golf courses. EZLinks also powers by PGA TOUR, a leading online retail site, helping golfers book tee times at thousands of golf courses worldwide.

We are seeking a full-time Digital Marketing & Affiliate Partnership Account Manager
at our Chicago, Ill., headquarters to manage and identify affiliate relationships, develop and assess cross promotions with strategic partners, develop and execute partner marketing programs, manage and assist with SEO and paid campaigns, and support digital marketing campaigns to find and cultivate strategic promotional and advertising partners. This individual will report into the Senior Manager of Partner Marketing and will play an integral part in ensuring the operational success of marketing initiatives and strategic partnerships.


  • Work across Marketing Team to support the execution of key campaigns
  • Collaborate with Product and Technology to manage the timelines and executional needs of key marketing partners
  • Support the growth and cultivation of the affiliate marketing channel, assessing performance, product needs and implementing solutions to maximize performance.
  • Serve as a primary conduit with strategic partners to ensure timely execution of promotions and contractual obligations
  • Optimize PPC campaigns to help drive customer acquisition across 20 international markets
  • Implement SEO elements and develop HTML flex pages to rank and index across search engines
  • Manage the affiliate channel program and day-to-day activities of this program
  • Represent the company to outside parties to drive advertising sales and build strategic promotional partners
  • Develop and understand marketing & technical requirements to operationalize marketing projects.
  • Design accurate reporting for campaign testing, tracking and reporting campaign program performance
  • Support “special project” management working with Marketing Leadership to research and push forward new programming

Requirements, Education, Experience and Skills

  • BA/BS Degree required
  • 3+ years of experience working online and/or at an Internet company
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations management function with experience in creating and executing online customer awareness, acquisition and retention campaigns at a top tier marketing organization
  • Experience in following functional areas: technology project management, Account Management, Ad Operations, Display
  • Strong understanding and in-depth knowledge of integrated marketing and the ability to design and execute cross-channel (affiliate/display) campaigns. Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
  • Highly motivated with a “can do” attitude and the ability to effectively operate and make informed decisions quickly working in a complex, fast-paced environment; ability to adapt quickly to changes in direction
  • Understanding of online advertising industry, text links, rich media display products, campaign success metrics, media buying/selling, and sales process preferred
  • Organized and efficient, with a strong process orientation, planning and calendar management skills
  • Detail oriented and committed to producing high quality results and able to work on multiple projects
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented
