Sales Development Representative

Real Geeks builds powerful, simple, and easy-to-use software to enable real estate professionals to grow their business. We’re looking for a passionate, highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing Sales Team. The SDR plays a critical role in the generation of new business for our rapidly growing, modern real estate technology. This is a great position for a recent college grad, looking to jump start their career in software sales.

What you will do:

- Serve as 1st point of contact for prospective customers looking to grow their real estate business.

- Continually prospect with fervor for new customers through cold calling and other lead generation efforts

- Develop and nurture a pipeline of qualify business opportunities for the sales team.

- Partner with inside sales consultants by identifying and cultivating leads that have the potential to become Real Geeks Clients.

- Learn, understand, and translate our value proposition to prospective clients.

- Record and manage leads into Salesforce and all other prospecting activities.

What you’ll need:

- College degree strongly preferred, recent grad looking to jump start your career in software sales.

- Growth mindset – unleash your inner entrepreneur and consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals in a high performing culture.

- Superior organizational skills – manage leads following up.

- Resilient – able to stay motivated, brush yourself and constructively overcome rejection.

- Communication skills – able to present over the phone and quickly establish rapport and credibility.

- Technical chops – demonstrate proficiency with technology, MS Office, Mac, Salesforce, and other Real Geeks internal systems.
