Sales Representative

Energy Advantage Roofing & Solar is an industry leader in the storm restoration industry, covering roofing, solar, siding, windows, and gutters. We are able to build or restore residential, multi-family, and commercial exteriors with a focus on quality and timeliness. To be successful in this role, you will need to be personable, timely, organized, and accountable. The day-to-day varies but often includes: inspecting roofs for damage and helping clients with the insurance claim process, meeting new clients and developing business opportunities (we will also provide qualified leads to all sales team members), following up with clients who are in your pipeline, ensuring customer success with clients you are working with, and helping ensure quality control with production teams,

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Develop new clients through networking, cold calling and canvassing
· Following up on emails, voicemails, and texts in a timely manner
· Follow up on leads promptly and document status changes in Company’s CRM software
· Preparing job site for inspection (ladder set up and executing quality control measures)
· Inspect, document and identify roofing solutions
· Create estimates for work to be preformed
· Meet with customer, educate, present and close new business opportunities
· Maintain customer service throughout production through collection
· Return extra materials
· Make it to training session on time and prepared
· Not afraid of heights is a must
· Basic technology proficiency
· Valid state driver’s license
· Comfortable talking with customers face-to-face – must be personable
· A reliable car/truck/SUV able to carry supplies to and from work sites
· Organized and self-motivated
· Have a good personal character and be a positive representation of the values of our Company
· Able to learn quickly and learn within an individual and group environment
· Punctual
· Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
· Willing and able to climb ladders and work on rooftops
Helpful but not required:
· Previous sales experience
· Entrepreneurial mindset
· Roofing or construction experience
· Knowledge of roofing materials and installation techniques
Work Location:
· Office one block from the Bronco’s Stadium
· Denver and surrounding area (on the road)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
