Project Manager Structural Steel Construction

Job Functions:

  • Perform as the essential contact for clients and oversee pre-engineered metal building ventures from starting to completion.
  • Ensure precision and completeness of scope of work for extend contracts and related records.
  • Responsible for guaranteeing cost, scope, and plan clarity all through the life of the venture.
  • Assist with the coordination of assets inside the company to maximize the project's quality and productivity.
  • Work with the credit office to get credit data and resolve any credit issues.
  • Manage the communication and documentation with our clients and our partners concerning all scope, plan, and cost data.
  • Work with the individuals of the Quality Division to resolve deficiencies, mis-fabrication, and other quality related concerns of our clients.
  • Support the vision and activities of the division and the division.
  • Actively take part in our security and quality culture.
  • Generate and arrange change orders and their supporting documentation.
  • Represent the company and perform any sensibly essential errand whereas utilizing affable and proficient trade behavior.
  • Safety is the foremost vital portion of all employments inside the company; subsequently, candidates must be able to illustrate the capacity to start, lead, and maintain security arrangements, hones, methods, and housekeeping measures at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2 year degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or similar field - willing to substitute work experience for education.
  • Ability to travel to gatherings and Builder workplaces as required.
  • Background in computer utilize with abilities in Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Development Administration or other related specialized field.
  • Experience in development administration.
  • Strong composed and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency utilizing computer assets to maximize adequacy and proficiency.
  • Strong capacities in arrangement and relationship building.
  • Ability to work successfully in a group environment.
  • Demonstrate capacity to viably oversee and prioritize different time touchy assignments and ventures.
