Office Manager

Local Clearwater manufacturer is looking for an office administrator, small office environment.


Will be taking orders via phone, quoting, creating orders, creating invoices, entering A/P and A/R into QuickBooks, uploading pricing sheets from Excel into QuickBooks, make travel arrangements, maintain calendar, arrange trucking (familiar with blind shipments a plus), Excel skills, light purchasing, biweekly payroll from beginning to end for 2 staff members.

Requires
Payroll processing, A/P, A/R, strong customer service skills, able to chew gum and walk at the same time per the client, QuickBooks and Excel are required.
