SVP Digital Operations

Job Summary

We are currently seeking a SVP, Digital Operations to lead the development of digital execution. In this role you will partner with clients and internal teams to design, implement, and resource long-term digital solution strategies.

As the SVP, Digital Operations you will be responsible for uniting engineering, account, and strategy teams to develop, recommend solutions that meet our clients ' omnichannel digital objectives. You have expertise around designing and implementing digital solutions across email, website development (micro and macro sites), and CRM solutions that form cohesive solutions for digital together perfectly. A deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems such as emails, banners, websites and conference pieces are essential.

What You 'll Do

  • Help our digital solution teams to grow business. Selling in more healthcare and marketing technology solutions including websites, dashboards, apps, banner ads, and email campaigns.
  • Get to know our current offerings, and work in partnership with our existing teams to bolster service offerings in areas we can maximize client results and growth opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Project Management to get in there with clients to identify immediate areas of opportunity for their success, winning client buy-in, tailoring SOWs, intaking requirements, creating user experience workflows, and delivering (repeatable) results.

What We 'd Like to See

  • A significant amount of demonstrated success building a range of digital marketing solutions for businesses in a consultative capacity, and ideally building a solution that you 've iterated on and sold repeatedly.
  • 5+ years experience managing expectations and deliver across several different technical and client-facing teams.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the backend and frontend of digital marketing system, and in-depth understanding of what 's required to build technical assets for websites, dashboards, banner ads, etc.
  • Significant team management experience, with robust expertise training up groups and evaluating technical resource for onsite versus offsite demands. for your team members. You are a self-starter and has had their own development business and are comfortable being client-facing
