SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE:

Utilizes innovative and aggressive networking and recruiting, client penetration and candidate retention strategies in achieving required recruiting scorecard activity.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

Reviews open order reports daily; follows-up with service team members as appropriate to determine skill type, volume and urgency of work orders.

Concentrates on going efforts on effective networking and recruiting to reach the greatest number of potential applicants (through cold calling, canvassing, telemarketing, client/colleague/newspaper referrals, etc.), and in identifying and “connecting” with prospective sources of applicants.

Specific performance objectives for Recruiters will be included within each Recruiter’s Scorecard. The specific components of the Score Care will vary slightly depending on Recruiter’s region, sector, target, market, specific client needs, etc. In most cases, the performance of the scorecard will establish daily and weekly targets regarding the following: number of candidates hired, appointments made, follow up calls, cold calls, calls per week, skill marketing calls.

Conducts comprehensive searches for qualified applicants via database, discussions with other CORESTAFF personnel, advertising, online research, referrals, networking, etc. as appropriate.

Treats applicants with dignity and respect and utilizes their time wisely in the screening and evaluation process. Ensures applicants are appropriately pre-screened in accordance with company standards (I-9, behavior and skill based interviewing, reference checks, lead generation, etc.); conveys CORESTAFF as the “employer of choice;” thoroughly orients individuals relative to policies, procedures, COREcare benefits, payroll, etc.; maintains contact with high quality applicants; ensures applicant records are coded appropriately and remain up to date.

Partners with applicable service and sales team members on business development, market and network penetration, resource and applicant satisfaction strategies and tactics.

Partners with other CORESTAFF employees in identifying applicant skill deficiencies and coordinating recruitment efforts to address skill gaps.

Researches and establishes relationships with local market community, educational, civic, religious and professional organizations for development of job applicant pool.

Carries out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical and professional manner

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: The following are the qualification requirements that an individual needs in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position. Please note that the qualification requirements may vary based upon the branch size and/or geographic location.

Work Experience:

One to three years successful recruiting experience from a national staffing industry competitor or other local, private or franchised staffing company with superior strategic processes and reputation. Would also consider similar level of recruiting experience with an in house corporate environment.

Knowledge and Education:

Strong preference for Bachelor Degree candidates

Must be proficient with PC skills such as: MS Office Suite, Web based software tools and CRM

Strong internet research skills with knowledge of relevant employment oriented social media sites

Background or orientation in entrepreneurial/sales, retail/customer service or human resources

Strong interviewing skills and understanding of local labor market

Successful track record as a recruiter; fundraising or community leadership experience valuable, positive reputation as a relationship builder with market resources and networks

Travel Requirement:

Ability and willingness to travel within region as well as periodic travel for training events and meetings
