HR - Recruiting and Engagement Coordinator

Northland senior care provider is seeking a FT Recruiting and Engagement Coordinator. This position is responsible for recruiting and hiring employees to work in senior's homes. The position will manage the onboarding of new hires to include interviewing, screening, processing new hire paperwork and conducting employee orientation. This position is also responsible for developing and implementing employee retention programs. We are looking for a high energy and results focused candidate who is committed to the growth of our organization.

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Proactively identify future hiring needs
  • Collaborate with department managers on a regular basis
  • Develop and implement new recruiting strategies online and within the community
  • Manage the recruiting and onboarding process
  • Create and maintain all employment records
  • Develop engagement strategies to increase employee retention and satisfaction
Successfully maintain the Applicant Tracking System and be proficient in Microsoft Office and other software specific to the role.
