Program Manager - Center House Employment Supports (CHES) •Sign-on Bonus

  • Work collaboratively in a team and supervise staff to provide daily program coverage on site and in the community.
  • Provide advocacy and case management to help people reach goals they set for themselves, through annual Individual Support Plans.
  • Implement and document personalized goals for health, wellness, employment, safety, social development, communication, and/or behavior management.
  • Develop and teach program curriculum classes to meet client goals.
  • Implement clinical and behavioral treatment plans, records target behaviors, participates in clinical consultations, and provides crisis assessment, prevention and intervention as needed.
  • Support medical and mental health needs to individuals supported through their treatment plans.
  • Leads the Education/Employment Counselor team in upholding and enhancing the human rights, dignity and full community integration of all program participants.
  • Ability to supervise and manage employees from diverse cultures.
  • Schedule, supervise, and mentor direct care staff. Facilitate staff meetings and individuals supervision.
  • Interface with client stakeholders including families, residential provides, and funding sources
  • Other responsibilities as needed.
  • Supervisory experience in a related human services field or management is preferred.
  • Ability to use computer for documentation, email communication and on-line training.
  • BA/BS in Psychology or related field is preferred
  • Three years previous work experience in human service setting preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively with a culturally diverse population of individuals, co-workers, care providers, family and community members.
  • Demonstrated supervisory and management experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a member of multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work as an effective change agent.
  • Professional documentation and communication skills, as well as demonstrated organizational skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and resolve differences.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and obstacles and develop effective, creative solutions to pursue opportunities.
  • Ability to assist people with mobility impairments as needed.
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds.
  • A COVID-19 vaccination is a requirement of the position.  One COVID-19 shot is acceptable, contingent on the individual receiving the second shot within the allotted  time frame.
