Well, we have what you are looking for! We are currently looking for Nursing Assistants In-Training to join our team. This position will provide valuable experience with the potential to further your career in healthcare industry. We will pay for your training and help you get your Nursing Assistant Certificate!!!

Nursing Assistant Training Program will include: Theory 50 hours, Clinical Time 64 hours, and Lab Skills approximately 20 hours. (Note: You will not be asked to, nor allowed to perform any clinical skill on patients or residents until first demonstrating the skill satisfactorily to the instructor in the practice setting).

After obtaining of Nursing Assistant Certificate and successful completion of the program you may be offered the CNA job!!!

What you will do:
•    Assist residents with their daily living activities/routines and help them in maintaining good personal hygiene. 
•    Maintain records of resident care, condition, and progress.
•    Provide basic emotional and psychological support to the patient and family.
•    Assist in maintaining and providing a safe and healthy environment.

What you’ll need to be successful in this role:
•    Nursing Assistant Registered is preferred but not necessary.  
•    Willingness to pursue Nursing Assistant Certification.
•    Ability to prioritize tasks and respond to change quickly and productively. 
•    Ability to relate effectively with residents, public, and colleagues. 
•    CPR and Basic Life Support Certification is preferred.
