Integrated Marketing Manager


  • Plan, implement & manage integrated marketing campaigns including timelines.
  • Develop and steward long-term campaign plans and goals for major campaigns.


  • Plan integrated marketing campaigns by coordinating and sequencing marketing tactics by bringing together specialized marketing teams (social & digital media, demand generation, analytics, sales tools, tradeshows and associated content creation) to time the launch of their tactics:
    • Work with team members to create customer contact strategies and leads.
    • Work with Sales leadership and CRM administrators to create processes and alignment; effectively and efficiently identify and prioritize interactions with marketing leads.
    • Work with content managers and writers to plan supporiting content that will be used in all facets of the campaign.
  • Lead all stages of creative development for each tactic within the campaign. Create tactical briefs and scope of work and manages of participant utilization and budgets. Provide project status updates/recaps to key stakeholders.
  • Drive targeted communications production process for email campaigns and triggers. Creative/marketing asset management %26mdash; proofing and approval deadlines to stakeholders, and main point of contact. Review assets, links and audience to ensure alignment.
  • Develop briefing documents that distill campaign strategic objectives and clearly inform the motivations and thinking of all participants executing on the campaign. Help present plans to senior leadership to gain alignment and support
  • Work with marketing analytics manager to track campaign success. Use KPIs and metrics to interpret outcomes in order to make continuous improvements to campaign strategy and targeting. Track company successes with customers and leverages those case studies in campaign marketing tactics.
  • Work with Director of Demand Generation to plan, manage, and surface leads to sales force for specified campaign.
  • This is a high-level individual contributor role - management responsibilities limited to leading day-to-day activities and outcomes of a group of employees.
    May be involved in hiring staff, recommending pay increases, performing performance reviews, training and development of staff, estimating personnel needs, assigning work, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies.

Education & Relevant Work Experience

  • Bachelor%26rsquo;s degree.


  • At least 7 years of experience in integrated marketing planning, strategy creation, plan execution, and analysis.
  • Experience developing marketing strategies and plans that deliver positive results.
  • Experience with defining MQLs and working with sales teams to manage SQL process
  • Experience translating strategic objectives into clear, concise and meaningful briefing documentation.
  • Experience controlling and coordinating concurrent projects, competing priorities and critical deadlines.
  • Experience processing all relevant details, understanding and prioritizing their importance and drawing clear and concise conclusions.
  • Experience establishing new processes and streamlining current processes.
  • Experience and skills in influencing, leading and directing individuals in multiple functional areas.
  • Willing to travel for business purposes (within state and out of state).


Relevant Work Experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Marketo demand generation
  • MBA in Marketing
