Office Manager Responsibilities:

  • Financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations
  • Month-end close process
  • Grant management
  • Oversee HR functions including - employee on-boarding, compensation, benefits
  • Assist with recruitment, interviews, pre-screening, etc.
  • Work with external vendors (IT/facility management)

What is preferred of the Office Manager?

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5 years' experience in Accounting/Administration
  • Experience & knowledge of Human Resources functions
  • Non-profit experience +
  • Quickbooks Desktop experience
  • Basic Excel skills (basic formulas, import/export, spreadsheets)
