Experienced Hire Recruiting Coordinator - Contractor

  • Collaborate with Experienced Hire Recruiters and Talent Shared service center to support and carry out key phases of the recruiting process, including scheduling, offers, and on-boarding
  • Coordinate with multiple internal groups (including Partnership, General Counsel, Independence and Mobility Services) to gather all financial and other candidate information and paperwork
  • Help plan and execute experienced hire recruiting events. Determine timing requirements, interviewer lists and on-site logistics for group office visits. This may include greeting and intake of candidates
  • Make process recommendations to achieve operational excellence

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; a degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of related work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong knowledge and experience of applicant tracking or recruiting information databases/systems (Taleo)
  • Maintain professional knowledge and experience, and build functional and/or technical knowledge and skills. Keep up-to-date with developments in recruiting
