Commercial Banking provides financial solutions to businesses with annual sales generally in excess of $5 million. Our business lines are Wells Fargo Commercial Capital, Middle Market Banking, and Treasury Management & Payment Solutions.

The Loan Servicing Specialist 6 position will be responsible for ordering, reviewing, renewing and maintaining loan disbursements and payoffs for the most complex commercial and commercial real estate accounts. 

This position involves acquiring technical knowledge of the Commercial Banking Operations processes to adequately answer questions or make adjustments to systems as necessary. Questions may be regarding the booking of loans, interpretation of AFS screens, invoices, sweeps, interest rates, fees, incoming wires, and other aspects of loan servicing. 

Functions include: reviewing loan documentation terms and conditions; monitoring loan draw requests; coordinating loan disbursements, payoffs and demands; reviewing completed disbursement audits; reviewing loan reconciliations; reviewing reports from lower level specialists, ensuring all procedures are in compliance with government regulations and company policies. Within the commercial business, is responsible for collection of delinquent payments and fees, insurance monitoring, payoff calculations, structured cash management loans and document review phase 2 boarding. Identifies and mitigates risk in accomplishing business goals.

Main softwares being used: 
AFS, COLTS, eTran, LROMS, WIPS, CEO Wire, StoreVision, CreditView, ICMP, E-TRAC, and SharePoint

Please Note: Position is currently remote; however, employee will be required to work on site at 1700 Lincoln Street, Denver, CO when Wells Fargo returns to standard operating model.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of loan administration experience, loan servicing experience, or a combination of both

  • Exposure to Wells Fargo COLTS (Credit On-Line Transaction System)
  • Knowledge and understanding of loan documentation
  • Strong independent thinking skills
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Leadership experience
  • Leadership experience including; coaching, training, and mentoring
  • Experience working with military protocol and instructions, enlisted evaluations, officer/leadership reporting, and assistance with keeping military personnel combat-ready and effective
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy



Other Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with WIPS, LROMS, ETRAC and/or ETRAN systems
  • Commercial Banking Operations Documentation experience 
  • Experience having accuracy with transaction posting

Salary Information

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

CO-Denver: Min: $41,800 Mid: $58,000 Max: $74,200
