Recruiting Systems Administrator

Our Recruiting Systems Administrator is responsible for the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of our Talent Acquisition Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and related platforms. You will manage our new system rollout of iCIMS and provide training as well as lead complex systems configurations to support the enterprise.

You will be an active participant in strategic projects and support Rollins and its family of brands daily to creatively identify and execute ideas for workflow optimization by leveraging systems-driven solutions to drive the right candidates to our career site through hire.

The Opportunity: 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ATS system design, configuration, workflow creation, documentation of configuration decisions, integrations & system requirements.
  • Lead ATS related projects in addition to larger-scale implementation and integration initiatives
  • Interpret and translate process workflows to coordinating system workflows.
  • Serve as a key stakeholder and become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the implementation of prioritized features and user training; Lead future implementation and user training for additional features.
  • Troubleshoot, coach, and provide general support and day-to-day issue resolution to end-users: HR, Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Candidates.
  • Project manage operational support requests, to include prioritizing tasks and projects.
  • Work with 3rd party vendors and internal stakeholders as necessary, perform user acceptance testing, sign off on project implementation, and build/execute proper systems and process functions
  • Analyze tools, trends, reports, and recruiting lifecycle data to draw insights, provide recommendations, and frame potential solutions to the ATS system problems, create efficiencies through understanding of system capabilities and discover best practices to drive process improvement.
  • Facilitate strong team dynamics and maintain strong relationships with team members and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain functional knowledge of HR processes and platforms.
  • Support other recruiting projects as needed.

We require the ability to pass a drug screen and background check.  Candidates must meet job requirements and perform the job duties with or without accommodations:


  • 2 - 4 years: HR Systems responsibility preferably in a large corporation
  • 1 year(s): Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and business processes to provide technical support for the Recruiting team
  • Experience with UKG Pro and/or iCIMS
  • Experience with an ATS implementation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent writing skills for generating clear, concise release notes and documentation and training materials
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Excellent working knowledge of HRIS/HCM products
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Working knowledge of HR Analytics & Reporting
