As a Training and Development Coordinator,

You will coordinate staff development, design and implement training programs in partnership with the HR Director and facility leadership, deliver training to staff at the facility to ensure facility goals and objectives are achieved, and ensure training compliances are current, and ensure records are accurate and up to date. 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health, education, or related field highly preferred. 
  • One (1) or more years’ experience working in a behavioral health setting required.
  • One or more years' experience in an education or training role preferred. 

Licenses/Certifications

  • CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required (training available upon hire).
