What will you do?
Onboarding
1. Support Onboarding team in creating Candidate profile
2. Timely updation of the candidates into HRIS portal and generate Employee IDs
3. Manage employee personal folders and e-dockets
4. Onboard FTE, Direct Contractors and vendor employees
5. All Operations related to Onboarding and Offboarding including surveys and exit
formalities.
Employee Relations and Communication
1. Resolve all employee queries over email, phone and slack within a TAT
2. Plan and execute monthly Ask Me Anything
3. Build rapport with the Internal Stakeholders to solve Team-wise concerns
4. Ensure POSH, InfoSec and GDPR compliances are met
5. Ensure monthly reports on PF and all Government related compliances
Employee Letters
1. Generate Offer letters, probation completion, pay revisions, internship letters with
High level of attention to detail
2. Generate Online ID Cards for all employees
Compensation
1. Ensure smooth and efficient payroll process
2. Record the referral bonuses

People Analytics
1. Maintain employee database to provide valuable insights
2. Adept in producing weekly, monthly Reports using Data Visualization techniques
3. Manage the HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure timely and accurate updation
of employee data
4. Should have had experience in running engagement surveys

Qualifications
1. Bachelors/Masters degree, preferably in Human Resources, Organizational
Development, Psychology.
2. Experience of 8 - 10 years of professional Human Resource generalist experience,
5+ years exclusively in an HR Operations capacity
3. Excellent knowledge of compensation, benefits, employee relations with a decent
expertise in all of these areas is essential.
