About the role:
As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for the management and growth of the social community for Multinational Fortune 100 Giant. You will help work with various teams to build relevant content to establish and maintain the brands presence online.
Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Content team and brand leaders in the creation of original and dynamic content for their respective social platforms.
  • Maintain social media calendar and schedule content
  • Monitor social trends and proactively highlight opportunities for growth and engagement
  • Partner with the Content Lead and the creative agencies to build, execute and maintain content engagement strategies and creative campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Help to oversee the approval process for all campaigns, initiatives, and assets
  • Regular reporting to wider organization on current community trends, sentiment, and channel performance
  • Work closely with the wider performance marketing team to ensure consistent and impactful campaign execution
  • Bring valuable insights from our core TGs (developer community for candidate-facing content | CXOs for enterprise-facing content) into team discussions

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelors Degree
  • 2+ years of experience in a community management or social media coordination role
  • Experience with scheduling tools like Hubspot
  • A deep understanding of social media channels and analytics tools.
  • Experienced in building brands on social media with a proven track record
  • Experience in moderating community discussions with large active communities, including the creation of response strategies
  • Effective time management and project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
