Client Success Manager

Where in the Tremorverse will I be working? 

Tremor Video is looking for a high-reaching, proactive Client Success Manager, who's passionate about the video advertising world. This position will support the Client Success Management (Managed Service) team by owning client relationships with media agencies, advertisers, and trading desks as well as facilitating internal communication across teams to continue driving success for current customers.

Currently our teams are working remotely, however once it is safe to do so this role will be based in the New York office for some of the week.

What will I be doing?

  • Partner with Sales to manage and nurture client relationships and client satisfaction from pre-to post sale including RFP creation, determining client goals, asset management, and delivery to achieve client KPIs
  • Become a video expert, developing a deep understanding our core product offerings and how to leverage those products to meet client objectives
  • Offer white glove customer service to media agencies and advertisers to develop long-term relationships that drive client satisfaction and retention
  • Analyze data and trends to proactively offer recommendations and solutions to upsell and renew existing clients with innovative ideas that focus on growing business
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot campaign performance and create innovative solutions that meet the changing needs of our clients

What will I bring?

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in media, advertising, marketing, and/or digital buying, planning, strategy
  • Passionate about building and nurturing client relationships, delivering best-in-market client support
  • Understanding of ad operations, trafficking and analytics
  • Understanding of programmatic, ad tech, self-serve DSP's, SSP's, market and auction dynamics a plus
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with dynamic deadlines across multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to prepare clear and concise client-ready documents
  • Proficient in Excel, Ad Platforms, Ad Verification, and Measurement Partners such as DCM, Sizmek, IAS, DoubleVerify, MOAT, Nielsen, Millward Brown, ResearchNow, etc
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
