The Opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial Fixed Income Institutional Salesperson focused on selling Specified Pools/MBS products to mid-tier sized accounts from $1-10 billion sized accounts. This person must have a proven track record of success combined with deep, sustainable industry relationships. As a privately held employee owned firm, we offer a highly competitive compensation structure and benefits package. We are flexible on location.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree & Series 7 & 63 licenses.
  • Established list of clients and industry relationships.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and selling specified pools/MBS products to mid-tier sized accounts.
  • Possess excellent client presentation and communication skills.
  • Self-motivation, excellent business development acumen and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing and unstructured environment.
  • An ability to travel (post COVID) to client locations and represent the firm at clients/industry events as requested.
